Whether it is a sizing issue or a change of heart, we are here to ensure your shopping experience is as playful and stress-free as childhood.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed, unworn garments with all original packaging and tags into a secure shipping box or mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
